hess 0 Posted March 24, 2013 Revisited my old algorithmic art program: New algorithms, improved drawing style. This is one of its first outputs. Would be excited to hear your thoughts! Link to comment
dave_dise1 0 Posted March 24, 2013 Alexander, I like a number of things about this piece: the light blues in the center attract first attention, various shades of gray add interest and contrast, repeating circle shapes, a sense of 3d with the shadings and a diagonal line going from bottom left to upper right. I do think the other diagonal lines compete to much for me though. What software did you use to create this?Dave Link to comment
alfbailey 2 Posted March 25, 2013 I think this is definately one to be framed and hung in a place that is prominent. The image speaks of precision and layers, shadow and light, colours and grey tones, and depths that could be studied for a long long time.Excellent! Best Regards Alf Link to comment
hess 0 Posted March 25, 2013 @Maurizio, thank you! @Dave, thank you for your valuable feedback. Concerning your question: This picture was created from scratch by a software tool I wrote myself. Further attempts will follow soon. @Alf, your positive feedback means a lot to me. Thank you very much! Link to comment

hess 0 Posted March 27, 2013 @Margo: Thank you. I'm glad you like it. @Richard: Thanks - interesting association! Indeed, there are some similarities - but I probably would never have noticed if you hadn't pointed it out to me. Link to comment
