Wow, I really hate smoking, but this photograph is very good a number of fronts. Focal point on the watch, circular image keeps the eye moving. Depth of field makes the viewer take a longer look too. If you can get a viewer to look at a image for more than several seconds, you have a attention grabber. This was for me.

Good start indeed.
