I really like this one Rick. Soft colours and textures that are very pleasing. Wonderful work in layers. I think this would look excellent framed. For that purpose, I would maybe crop a bit off on the left, depending on the frame. But even that gives me mixed feelings. Some might think of it as 'negative space' but the 'impression' of the branches is so beautiful.

 

Fortunately I won't ever have to make that decision as this 'beauty' is yours!

Plato's definition of art was 'shape colour and form pleasing to the eye'. This fulfills that definition. To my eye it looks very good, my friend. A lot of people have preconceived ideas about art, but in my book the first rule is aesthetics. Well done!.

Wonderfully done Rick, just so amazing how this was put together. How the tree branches move our eyes, the Tuffted lightly rendered, this is art by any definition ~
