Very good photo - I particularly like the odd gesture of the rightmost person's hand atop the head of the next person.

However the background seems overworked, as if some additional blur was done in editing. There's a pseudo-3D effect that I find a bit distracting, emphasized by a hard oversharpening halo around the five persons in front. But it's a minor nit and some viewers would find it acceptable.

I like the colors and the face expressions off the women. The background is very busy and distracting. That's why I did used a bokehtemplate for the background. And I sharpen the women a bit. But I knew the difference between the front and back is too big. I tried different template's. But you right it's not the difference but it's the transition (halo) that is  the problem. I Will work on that.
