I get the feeling this is of a closed establishment that has gone out of business. The marque has no listing, there are no people, there is no activity.  To the left another building looks closed and boarded up.  Is this a ghost town?

Actually Jerry, this 40's theater in Fowler, Indiana is being renovated inside. The small rural town is a beautiful example of America's true heartland. 

Interesting architecture. Nice that they're restoring it. Would be nice to get a shot at twilight with the lights on when it re-opens.
