Jack McRitchie 150 Posted March 10, 2013 Progress? (Moving Ahead). Cows? (Mooing Ahead). A barbers convention? (Mowing a Head). I think all of these would make as much sense to me. Thanks for an odd zinger to kick start my day. Link to comment
alfbailey 1 Posted March 11, 2013 Of course they mow the snow (Hey that rhymmed too) at this time of year. Its a cost saving manouvre designed to save local authorities money by making snow ploughs obsolete. They just send out a few guys with lawn mowers and give the snow a trim : - ) As you can see in the image it has been cut quite short. Love it! Best Regards Alf Link to comment

Mike Marcotte 49,777 Posted March 11, 2013 JIM Thanks for the look. I appreciate it. Jack I've thought of STOPPING a head before, but never actually mowing one. Thanks to you that one will remain in my little brain for the rest of my life. In fact I think I have a hair appointment this afternoon. Alf I hope the county officials never see your comment. They'll take it seriously. Wayne You're right. Business as usual in Kankakee County. Link to comment
