Great catch!

Progress? (Moving Ahead). Cows? (Mooing Ahead). A barbers convention? (Mowing a Head). I think all of these would make as much sense to me. Thanks for an odd zinger to kick start my day.

Of course they mow the snow (Hey that rhymmed too) at this time of year. Its a cost saving manouvre designed to save local authorities money by making snow ploughs obsolete. They just send out a few guys with lawn mowers and give the snow a trim : - ) As you can see in the image it has been cut quite short.

I've thought of STOPPING a head before,but never actually mowing one. Thanks to you that one will remain in my little brain for the rest of my life. In fact I think I have a hair appointment this afternoon.
