Great subject matter, a little noise reduction would help it.

Yes! the subject matter is colourful and exciting. Good lighting with strong definition throughout. I like the whole presentation...............

My monitor must be getting old cos I can't spot any noise.

A great image! My moniter is a few years old, but it has really good definition and detail and I do see some noise. But I don't know that everyone has the same type of Moniter. Regardless it is a good composition!

Sometimes photos are good as black and white and sometimes as color.

 

You have shown this one as color and the colorful finery of these girls is very bright and visually appealing.

 

But if one desaturated, I think one would also find that your photo is also very visually appealing because it has basic underlying strengths beyond its obvious strengths in color -- it has good basic composition and excellent subject matter.'

 

The girls' attention on whatever they are focused on is clear and riveting; their arrangement geometrically also is pleasing, and you have left just enough margins around them to make this photo into a fine composition.

 

Some photos do well only as color photos; some as black and white compositions, and some do well as either, and of those some do better as one or another, and I am sure this one which can be shown as either color or black and white will always show better in color, but its basic visual strengths might have made this an appealing black and white capture as well.

 

It's a rare and very wonderful photo, worthy of your pride.

They are looking at their parents how ask them too take the dip. But they didn't like that because the water was cold.

Darn, I wish I hadn't just read that.  I liked the mystery of not knowing what it was that attracted their attention.  Still one of my most favorite images anyway.
