gordonjb 10,860 Posted March 6, 2013 Two mating Chromodoris kuniei photographed with a Sony RX100 in a Nauticam housing using a single Sea & Sea 110 alpha strobe, on a reef at Tocao island in the Philippines. Link to comment
philrichardson 6 Posted March 8, 2013 What a colorful image! Thanks for the explanation. Never seen anything quite like it. Link to comment
gordonjb 10,860 Posted March 9, 2013 In my previous post I misidentified these Nudibranchs as Chromodoris kuniei they are in fact the similar appearing Risbecia tyryoni. Do to the pathetically dysfunctional interface at PN I cannot go back and correct my post...... insert loud sigh here. Link to comment

Jack McRitchie 150 Posted March 9, 2013 I see you're working for PIXAR now. Man, what a fascinating creature. You seem to be getting pretty good at this underwater stuff. Link to comment
3m 0 Posted March 23, 2013 I actually doubt PIXAR would show this, due to the 'adult-content' of the picture...:-)But yes, what an incredibly sharp detailed & beautiful picture it is, Gordon.Must be really a wonderful and mesmerizing experience to swim among these, and be able to take these great photos. Lovely work! Link to comment
jeffl7 0 Posted April 23, 2013 The color is beautifully managed and lit. I like the vignetting, which creates a theatrical feel. Link to comment
