Mark, I like this.  I think that you need to process it so as to emphasize the ice crystals though.  I tried my hand at it and added clarity, sharpness and adjusted contrast.

I always come upon comments in my portfolio late, so thanks for leaving one a few years ago. Having absolved myself of guilt, a comment on this intriguing work: I think you have a really fine perception and capture here. I rather like it as is, untreated (although a bit lighter frost might work too), but would be interested to see a bit more of its surroundings, which promise to be quite interesting as well, to contrast the fantasy image of some beauty with old architecture suggested by the crackled window frame. A vision of Orphelia entering the water, or a fairy queen.
