Snow chores!

The 60cm + snowfall left a lot of the secondary roads blocked for

days.Old but effective equipment was put into service to speed up the

cleanup operations.Thank you for your comment-Laurent

These big snowfalls make me feel very sorry for those stranded in the Rural Areas. We lived on an Island, (there was a Causeway) and if there was a bad DUMP of snow, it could be days before you could get into town. Great cature of 'life' as many have to live it Laurent.

As you point out,those of us living here and in like isolated areas develop a storm sense;whenever the forecast is out,the local Co-Op store is "stormed" and everybody stocks up on essentials for a couple of days.Thank you for the appreciation.
