There are many years of experience and hard times written in this man's face. Personally, I think black and white does a better job of conveying this than color because it forces you to look more critically at the subject. I converted it to grayscale, what do you think?

 

As an aside, I cloned out the writing on the ball cap. I did this for a reason. Our eyes tend to gravitate first to writing, I have no idea why, but that is the first thing I looked at. By removing it, you focus more on the old man's face.

Scott, thanks for your suggestions. I agree about bw, which I normally use for this kind of photos. Reagrding the logo I think it is part of the person and the contrast. The poor man and the big multinational company logo

The original works for me. I can see what you mean about the contrast between his apparent economic position and wearing a cap with a multinational corporate logo.
