Puffin Flight

An image that took all day to capture. 3 x 4GB CF Cards and 700 shutter

clicks to capture this one image. I had seen many images of Puffins

standing with beaks full of food, but had never seen any of them in flight,

Photographing a food hoarder in flight-now that is an accomplishment, especially if it as well done as yours.

Your patience was well rewarded. As someone who has spent a large number of pixels discovering that these little guys don't fly in a straight line, I offer my sincere compliments on catching a great moment. To go for perfection, I might brighten the bird's breast a bit and get rid of a couple of dust spots.
