This is more of an abstract than a portrait.  My definition of a high key portrait is one where the subject is wearing light or white clothing and the background is very pastel or white but that skin tone and texture and facial detail is in a normal brightness range.

For your comment.  You might be right on the technic´s name.

I tried here to draw attention to the model´s eyes, reducing the information on the rest of the image by overexposing, but still keeping some blacks intact.
