LOL Rajat...I will NEVER cook frozen fish...It is red mullet, my friend, caught a few hours before, marinated in lemon juice, to firm the flesh, coated in a mixture of flower and seasoning and then shallow fried in pure olive oil to which a sprig of fresh rosemary is added...-:). It looks dry, but believe me it is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Warm regards dear friend, Dimitris.
