jeffrey_kellogg 0 Posted February 20, 2013 I've looked at this photo several times and love the content look that the dog has. The colors blend together nicely. Very nice. Link to comment

ken_thalheimer 3,739 Posted July 11, 2013 While the chameleon appears on the alert, the lab is just relaxed and content. I love his expression Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted July 11, 2013 You created much of the mood with perspective. Good thinking. There's a charming awkwardness in what you've achieved, which seems to go along with each character and their being together. It's a case where photographic qualities support content and the other way around. Link to comment
cromwell1664877587 0 Posted July 11, 2013 Thank you all. If you hit the arrow on the left side of the picture you will see, in my opinion, a better series of pictures taken at the exact same time. I am still baffled why I picked with all of these and none of the others to start with. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted August 19, 2013 I can't believe I missed this! This series and the one before it are both amazing. And when I say "amazing", I'm including technical and aesthetic details and just the very fact that your dog allowed the chameleon to get so close...especially in the shot where it looks as if the chameleon is brushing against the dog's whiskers. I know Beau or Annie would absolutely not tolerate this. Again...great series. Congratulations. Link to comment
cromwell1664877587 0 Posted August 20, 2013 Thanks Jim. I have a few more chameleon shots in mind, but they involve a tongue, and this one hardly eats anymore because he is done growing, so I sold him several weeks ago, and last week I finally found a new younger one that should suit me well. I put him on the bed with Winston yesterday, but since he's all over the place and quite a bit smaller, Winston picked up on my nervousness of the cham possibly getting hurt, so he just went to another room.:) Link to comment
