Richard - I am glad you like it. I have visited this location a few times over the years but it is the first time that I attempted a multiple image panorama.

This is a 5 image portrait mode panorama image taken fairly early in

the morning in St.Kitts. I used Photoshop to create the merge. There

is one aspect that I am questioning myself but I don't want to create

a bias by identifying it.

Comments appreciated,

Great photo, bravo Maestro! Try to remove tree at the right down corner, and use soft light layer in PS and try to saturate for cca 10 % with yellow colour clouds at the top right corner. Nice work btw!

Pavle - thanks for your very constructive comment which is appreciated. I will probably remove that brush in the lower right side. My photoshopping is not at your level and to be honest there were a couple of items I did not quite understand but that is not your fault.  All the very best,

Tony,

This landscape is the perfect candidate for a panoramic composition, there is a lot of interesting elements from left to right, and by stitching these images together you have highlighted the most interesting section of the overall landscape.  I have produced panos where there is interest on the extreme edges and very little in the middle, whereas this image hold the viewers attention across the frame.

As far as the technical aspect (merging of the 5 images) I have no idea how you did it and have not studied how to do it, so that cannot enter into how I feel about the image.

I find the image to be just beautiful. Lovely Panorama. It is paradise, and this weather we are having and what we are expecting next week sure makes anyone want to be in paradise!!!! Your efforts I'd say paid off.

Thom, JacK, Tina and Gail - your visit and comments are appreciated. I wish I was there right now but that is not the case.

Gail With Photoshop it is easy to merge: File/Automate/Photomerge and then tell it the files you are merging and it is done.
