Hi Laurent,

thank-you for your comment. It's the chance to expose a thought that I'm developing since a while. As you pointed out this picture is one in a series that is significant only as a whole. I mean: each of these picture, even if it's not too bad (like this one) is not, imho, worthy to be presented and to ask a comment or a rating, but - as part of a series - each picture earns value. A single carnival face is neither that interesting nor so amusing, but the complete series, the justapposition of several moods and facial expression is interesting and tells a story. I think that PN should give the chance to submit for rating and comment a series too and not just single photos, maybe introducing an appropriate category ("series").

You are right that some images have more strength and meaning when shown regrouped.As you point out,PN does not dispose of a platform allowing this,maybe/surely because the demand is fairly limited but there are ways to achieve something similar and I would direct you to our fellow PN member Jorge Fernandez's portfolio to see how he has very effectively attached multiple photos on some of his posts.
