stp 6 Posted February 11, 2013 I really like your introductory poetry, and the photograph comes very close to embodying those words and thoughts. The foreground with a scattering of rocks in a relatively dark patch of water, surrounded by very dark or black hills, is especially effective. The clouds come close, and they would work better, IMO, if the rays produced by the sun hadn't been present. The rays are usually a sign of hope, and they are usually up-lifting. That's not what I get or want to get from the poetry. I want to stay in gloom and hopelessness, but the rays tell me hope is on the way. I really like your approach to marrying words with a photograph (or vice versa). Link to comment
