Yes, we do get low clouds here often in the Pacific Northwest, with the rain being the bonus.

What I really like about this shot is the multiple layers and each one having a different colour, texture and appeal.

It's a real visual treat to travel from the foreground waters, to the Seagull, the multiplicity of boats and colours, the pines and the misty mountains.

This was taken in Deep Cove, North Vancouver.  I guess the coastline along the Pacific Northwest has a consistent look, doesn't it?
