Beautiful scene that deserves, in my eyes, some further work to draw full benefits from the "contrast" available in the image.

First of all I would suggest that you work further on the Color Balance adjustment in order to render the snow white and not blue/violet as now (move the midtones away from the blue towards the yellow). The contrast between the white snow and the dark silhouette of the tree would come to the fore. Furthermore, I find it a pity that you have hidden all the details (they are there, I have seen) in the lower branches of the tree in the foreground. Some simple slight increase of the Amount of Shadow in the Shadow/Highlights filter would solve that problem immediately.

It is of course only suggestions, as seen by my eyes and not a critic of the image as such. I don't rate photos, as a principle, but make only comments.

Lennart, Great image with good composition. Looks like you took this either morning sunrise or evening sunset during the blue hour. Love the simple sky with the bulk of the orange color to the left, fading out to the right to a grey blue sky with the sillouette of a strugling pine tree trying to survive. Beautifully captured!  Best Regards.
