Purple Swamphen

My this is an interesting bird Grayham. Especially the beak. My curiosity is getting to me, I think I will look it up on the 'net'. Very nice capture Grayham.

Lovely to have you stop by. The Australian coastal regions are well populated by these Swamphen's..... yet, inspite of their bright colours, one battles to get good shots of them as they move quickly in the well-weeded habitat..........
