Very nice shot!  You have captured the emotion of this hard-working animal.

Good choice to convert to B&W as this is a very busy image.  Nicely exposed.

I would like to see a slightly wider shot.  The headless horse bothers me a little, as does the tightly cropped hoof at the bottom.  But these are minor suggestions.

Overall, a compelling street scene.
