It was a full moon night with some clouds in the area of Tromso,Norway. This was the beginning of a so called corona, where thevibrant rays of the aurora danced directly above our heads. A hauntingview that is considered one of the most spectacular natural wonders ofthe world.

There are many ways to process aurora borealis photosand I am not an expert on it. With careful processing in Lightroom andwith the help of NIK filters I tried to extract the subtle intricaciesof the raw file. I am looking for comments and advise from experts onaurora photos to learn something in order to get the best out of myphotos from Norway. Thanks for your time. Karl
