new_zealand_landscapes 0 Posted February 4, 2013 Thanks for the comment, must be some form of colour shift with the point and shoot, though the planet was that colour, what gets me is the cameras ability to pick up what I couldn't see. like the comet and the other stars, I only saw the brighter ones. Very hard to get focus with the RX100, it zooms in so you have to find a bright point to focus on. Then a few "guess o matic" exposures before I got one that I can process in raw. The shutter died in my 5D2 so resorted to the RX100. Actually quite nice to have a small camera and a few magnetic filters. I had a well lets see what happens attitude. I am a bit tired of pixel worrying and peeping. Link to comment
