Greatr lines and sharpness! The image is immeadiatley appealing by visrtue of its shapes and clean lines and apparent symmetry,  the best part is when you discover it isn't symmetrical at all.

Compliments!

Beautiful shot of an amazing architecture, just wonder how it will come out in colour.  Well done Gunnar!

Dear All, thank you so much for your time and for your comments, very much appreciated indeed! Bachir, it is in colour. It was gray and rainy day, that is why it looks like a B&W shot:-).

Very harmonious shot Gunnar!

It is very clean, geometrical and at the same time naturally reminding of ocean, waves and boats.

I wonder how this same spot would look like on a clear bright sunny day with cloud reflections on the glass.

Best regards, Alex

I don't know what these structures are made of but in your photograph they appear as delicate and light as a butterfly's wing. Beautiful work, as always, Gunnar.

Gunnar, This is a great image, the shadows of the domes create an illusion of transparency, I love it. Very well seen and delivered. I also like the negative space of dark and light above and below the domes, almost symbolic in a way, and the transparency is akin to a veil between the 2.

All the best Richard

a feather-like feel emanates from your composition. --- must be an illusion as i am sure these are heavy structures. compliments -koushik

I too like the translucent effect of these 'rooftops' -- a striking overall graphic effect, Gunnar.....

( ps: I wonder what this would like when presented in a square format, and/or with possibly a hint more of the blue sky perhaps...?)

Gunnar - Terrific. I would even out, blend in, the change in color in the sky on the left. Otherwise, mesmerizing image.

Always a treat.
