This is my favorite of the 4 photographs in question. Interesting that you call it "still life / studio" rather than "architecture." The category is relatively unimportant by I immediately saw it more as architecture and space design than still life. I think you've included just enough to give a great feeling of the room and its ambiance. The lights themselves provide a rhythm which makes this so much more than "still," not that many "still lifes" don't have rhythm! But it's the overall design that I think you've seen and captured so well, from the irregular rectangular floor tiles to the decorous and open-weaved furniture to the rich hanging light fixtures and even the effectively-used foreground planter which grounds the shot and introduces the room. The black and white is beautifully rendered. There's warmth here and a very aesthetic finished photo.

I'm not really sure what distinguishes a "still life" photograph from an "architecture" one, especially in terms of PN categories.  Fred, I do see your point about the space, though.  By the way, the seat cushions are this awful; shade of red, so I was thinking in terms of black and white from the outset. I was happy with the resulting conversion, and I'm glad it works for you as well.
