Bello,   What a great monochrome image, wonderful tones, and clever light direction..  Even without showing the full face (just the mouth) and the positioning of the arms you've created a great sense of tension and visual interest.  Oh, yes the texture of the skin appears delightfully soft.  A 7/7 from me.  Bravo!
