seeing red

Had the moon not been there, I'll bet you would have moved to the right and panned to the left, putting the shed on the right side with a uniform row of winter trees in the background.  Despite the appeal of the moon, I think that would have been a stronger composition.  I'm of the (minority) opinion that sometimes the moon gets in the way, especially if it is relatively small in the frame and if the other elements are strong (as you have here).
