I had to be surprised ,you gambled by taking the 20D with you ,and leaving the 7D,and 5D at home .anyway ,I am not saying 20D is not a fine camera.

Thanks to Saad I now see the power lines.  :-(  You did a pretty good job of concealing them and perhaps a somewhat lower camera angle may have done an even better job.  Power lines and towers (essential to modern life but visually polluting nonetheless) aside, this is more of an environmental portrait of the tree.  It gives a better view of the countryside the tree resides in than in 'Tree'. I think you did a fine job with the placement of the tree.  Best, LM.
