I love everything about this image.

Your choice of shutter speed is excellent, showing the sticks in motion.  There is also just enough depth of field to enable us to focus on the subject while still seeing some of the background.  Perfect!

The composition is also ideal with the young boy as the subject in the lower center of the frame.  The expression on his face is priceless.  Also, the addition of a border, complete with title, is a very nice touch.

Considering all of the activity around you, this must have been a difficult shot.  But you have definitely captured the moment as well as the spirit of this festival.    Well done!
