The not in the tree is in sharp focus but the bird itself looks soft to me, the head especially. Autofocus is not always the smartest way to go in cases like that when you are dealing with very shallow DoF.

As a hint, if you place the bird in the frame in a place other than the dead center of it, it improves the composition quite a but and adds interest to the image.
