about global warming,is or not a real fact?is for sure that we see lot of changes in last years and there are also lot of opinions pro and contra.If you had time and like I recommend you a very interesting book by Michael Chrihton -''State of Fear'', 2004.

Actually it was not that cold at the time this shot was taken as you can see from the unfrozen tide water that filtered through the ice sheet.But,the last week has been brutal with temperatures nearing -20C with the chill factor close to -30C.....shutter jamming/finger freezing making me envious of your Hawaii climate.Thank you for dropping in.

Seriously,in my short(relatively)life time,there has been a considerable warming in our climate and a noticeable shortening in our snow laden winter period....but it remains too long.Thank you for the comment and for the recommendation of the book on the matter.
