Children don't seem to mind the a hot Summer day as long as they

are having a good time. This little charmer proved that to be true one

afternoon at a local zoo a few years back.

Gail, superb portrait of the young 'charmer'. Glint in his eyes and pouting smile , make him so endearing . I admire the texture and tones.

Definitely a "7" in my book.  I love the background; it fits the portrait of this young charmer perfectly.

Thats a great observation actually........children always seem far too busy and preoccupied to feel either intense heat or cold.  Lovely focus on the little guys eyes and I do like the PP, it looks a bit like a fav of one of my kids, that has suffered the ravages of time in my wallet.

Compliments  & Best Regards

Thankyou each for your input, and for your encouraging remarks. I always question whether to post an image, have I communicated what I feel is the thoughts I had during p/p to other. I appreciate so much your support. Thankyou!

Actually you pretty well nailed it Art, yet I still wanted the little fellows face to shine through. He was just having such a great day, life should always be like this for children, we can only wish.
