As a travelogue, the images could have benefited with some descriptive words about Malta.

From a photographic perspective, one must always be aware of the horizon, and to watch for the parallels and perpendiculars............

Malta looks beautiful..........

Regards

Amal , my friend ,where have you been?traveling again? I really hope that all is well! Thanks for looking at the other one!

Grayham thanks for your visit comment and critique, which I accept In general ,as the added explanation about MALTA is added in 6 of the first
Photos . I thought that visitors will see the subject ,and look on some other photos as well ( but you are the proof that I was mistaken...;-))

The first one I have corrected befor ,but changes take time at PN.. and second photo is aligned, the 3ed is not ! I wanted to align ! the BG( houses which are semi circled) and the lying statue ,in order to do it I have 'sacrificed" the horizon and added it as an addition... ( physics are not always working....;-))

I will upload the well aligned one and I hope it will be better understood...

Ranga, thanks, I really appreciate your comment.

Here is the introduction!( the 10 minutes time is a disaster...;-))

Visiting Malta is entering deep into history.

Malta is a small group of islands in the Mediterranean .The the main one with its capital - Valletta, and the old capital Mdina. The second is smaller ,and is called Gozo .The 3ed is very small and its name is Comino.
The history and monuments as well as churches needs more than a week or two to see the whole. So here is a link just to get the impression.

I think there's something about Malta that appeals to your spirit even more than other places that you have been, not only the landscape but also in the details that you have documented in your pictures. And then there is the light. Osaka has terrible light for shooting; only very occasionally do I think "aaah, this is a perfect day for photography." San Francisco, on the other hand can be a drag when it's overcast but on those crystal clear days after a rain, there's nowhere you'd rather be with a camera in your hand. Photography is about light and how it reacts with various surfaces. This is something I'm becoming more and more aware of as I continue taking pictures.

THANKS a lot !

Dear Mario, you continue to be  my guide, and I'm very thankfull for your help!I wanted to ask you who is the laying statue, which is so very nice laying near the water line...

Jack, as we follow each other works for a long time... you are very right!

I think that this  island has a special charm. The light was great, the guide ( Mario) was a  God send, and I could not stop taking photos...

I have another two!full cards to PP (I have had 4)...Thanks for feeling my delight, Jack.

And yes I followed the light...
