Hi Lanny,  Nice capture.  This is as much a documentary as an urbanscape - my word for your urban landscape.  I'd crop from the bottom to zone in more on the first and fire suppression activity.  The sky and streams of water are the main elements in the image for me.  Nicely done image.  I hope you didn't miss your calling as a photojournalist (LOL).  I am leaving for a trip to Asheville, NC tomorrow.
