philrichardson 6 Posted January 17, 2013 Beautiful capture Richard! Nice pose and lots of detail. Even got a sparkle in the eye. Maybe its my monitor, but I'm seeing a slight blue cast which is easily correctable if that is the case. Link to comment

GailAnthonyHarmer 5 Posted January 17, 2013 Fantastic capture Richard!!! The detail in the plummage is exceptional, and what a cute little guy. I love Chickadees, they are common but so cheerful to hear. Link to comment
rarmstrong 0 Posted January 17, 2013 Thanks for the comments, all!I agree with the slight blue hue, and I'll have to go back to see if I can fix that. This image is actually from 2009. My wife bought me a new MacBook Pro 15 inch for Christmas and I upgraded from Aperture 2 to 3.Aperture 3 allows me to import my old files, revert to the original RAW file and reprocess the image in Aperture 3.I have been experimenting with that since Christmas. Aperture 3 is much better and the retina display is really stunning...I'm spoiled.I'm going to put out some black sunflower seeds for these little guys and their buddies soon and get back out to shoot some new images.Just haven't had the time yet...besides, the couch is so much warmer:-)Regards,Dick Link to comment
DawsonPointers 362 Posted January 17, 2013 Marvelous! They are so small and so animated that a capture like this is very special. Great work.Regards, John Link to comment
