Lake Duemmer (Dümmersee, Dümmer-See) at Lembruch after sunset in

winter - due to warmer weather conditions over the first days during

last December, some already built up ice has virtually melted away.

Some thin ice floes shaped an interesting blend along with shallow

liquid water adjacent to the shore (to be seen in the foreground).

I applied Cokin filters during taking this shot and some NIK filters

afterwards during PP.

Absolutely fantastic. Cold and delicious! That would be a 6 or 7 if I could rate it.

I wonder how it would work with less blue/violet colour on top though.
