Bald Eagle

I rather like this capture Richard. The little bit of snow on the tree and needles, and the stark white background, for some reason I like it. No always easy to get a 'Bald Eagle' must have been very exciting.

Actually this is a summer shot and what looks like snow is bark.  I shot this against a bright overcast sky and had to correct it about 1 stop up in post.

We have several eagles and osprey's at the lake.  It's always fun to shoot these images.  This one is from a boat.
