frigo 4,155 Posted January 5, 2013 In this strong winds area, the dunes are ever changing. After a snow storm, the winds play with the snow and sand to create swirls and interesting patterns.I would appreciate your comment-Laurent Link to comment
sherrybell 0 Posted January 9, 2013 Laurent, I like looking at this capture, so many delicate things going on as the wind mixes the sand and snow, designs, shapes, textures and softness. I like your POV which draws the eye into the distance giving great DOF. The blue sky adds such beauty to this image. There is a a darker blue in the center of the sky ot sure if is a filter problem or if the sky was just that way. Best Regards, Sherry Link to comment
frigo 4,155 Posted January 11, 2013 Hi Sherry,Thank you for your kind appreciation of this scene. What the polarizer does so well on the ground to perk up the image unfortunately creates some banding in the sky when used in conjunction with a WA lense as this one. This was also pointed out to me by others on PN and raised as somewhat of an irritant by some.It does not bother me but should I eventually master how to address it in PP,I surely will.Meilleures salutations-Laurent Link to comment
