krpradu 125 Posted January 6, 2013 Sometime this small world in shapes and texture creates interesting images, this mix snow-sand with this colors looks very good,so I think that previous comment I did can be change, and your decision when and how to show this kind of composition is up to you.all my best to you Link to comment
frigo 4,155 Posted January 6, 2013 I went and looked at your other comment and I agree that textures and tones do come out favorably in B/W and work really well here I find when the dunes are totally snow covered. The initial snowfalls lead to this nice mixture of sand/snow and only lasts for a short time and it makes for interesting images especially when a great sky can be used as background. What I wish I could add here is the sandblasting wind that hits you and the camera head on and the chilling cold that freezes your hands and jams the camera shutter.Thank you so much for your always valued comments and appreciation.Merci et meilleures salutations-Laurent Link to comment
