Great eyes, hair, and hat!  A beautiful young lady and a photo that's a 7 in my book.

Good exposure, color and great dynamic range.  First, I see the light pattern on her facial features as they playfully define the roundness of her cheeks, nose and chin.  Second, I am bothered by the waffle-like pattern on her lips (might have eliminated that by raising her chin a bit).  Third, her gorgeous eyes and fiery red hair complete the strong impact of this image.  Nice job.

I also like the shadow pattern and how it shows the form of her lovely face. Her hair and eyes play off each other well. The earring is a nice element balancing the hat.

Color & shadow pattern are what drew me to look at this.  Exposure very well done as is the framing. Shadow pattern adds interest without dominating her face.  Thanks for this one.
