This was taken at the remote village of Kahakuloa on Maui's North shore on

the west side of the island. The constant rain gave the mid day lighting

less contrast so I used a little HDR to liven things up a bit.

Nestled into the mountains, this is quite appealing. I might have liked to have seen a bit more of the left side of the church but pictorially still very attractive. I like the "livening up".  All the very best,

We missed this adorable little church when we were there.  It's nestled in a perfect setting, and the sky greatly enhances the image.  I love the vivid colors!  Very photo worthy, as far as I'm concerned.

Very impressive with the wonderful color contract.  Very sharp details.  Nice composition.  Nice lighting, too.  Best Regards,

Wonderful stuff! Maybe gray clouds aren't the best fit for this wonderful fairy tails from house (church, as I understood), but nevertheless it's all simply wonderful!

What a picturesque capture Dominick! Excellent detail and colour. You must have enjoyed some beautiful sunshine while the clouds over the hill look so ominous. This image truly is best viewed larger, so much detail in the condition of the Church. While viewing smaller one can see how the building is aging, when viewed larger I can see that it is in disrepair. I had thought that it would be a lovely place to have a small intimate Ceremony. I imagine it is a historical landmark, as the grounds seem to be very well cared for. Excellent processing as well Dominick.
