Thanks Ivan for your comment and your kind words about my photo.  And, thanks for your feedback on the frame.  I’ve experimented with a number of different frames and I’m still not entirely happy with this one.  I frame my images because, whilst the default presentation by Photo.net is reasonably neutral, in my opinion (and taste of course), it does not provide sufficient separation from the rest of the content on the page – this means that the eye tends to ‘fall off’ the side of the image and drift to other elements.
