Often I wonder if this is how we exist on some days. Not quite in

touch with the 'reality' on the surface - just a safe distance away. We

can see what is going on, but we don't necessarily have to 'engage'.

Perhaps I am speaking for myself. We all need those days we

call 'Mental Health Breaks', and we can't all get away on a Holiday

where the weather is 'perfect', no demands, just relax and let

someone else take care of our immediate needs. But we don't live in

a perfect world, and we all have to come to the SURFACE

eventually. Actually I am not sure if there ever could be a 'Perfect

World', we all would have our own 'versions' of it !!! (many thanks for

any visits and comments, I do appreciate your thoughts and time

spent, Gail)

I am reading Brian Weiss and Amy Weiss(His Daughter) new book Miracles Happen. I have follow his reincarnation books since 1988 and I feel that it is all a great lesson to learn to love and become caring and giving! There are infinite among of lessons for each one of us, but the core is to experience it all in many ways and ultimately learn to love each other. Yes the world is perfect in the sence that it teach us to accept what is giving to us. If we do not accept, it will repeat itself in many ways until we accept and learn to love. The reseach on recarnation has become very accurate now with the internet. Many brilliant individuals as The weiss family have taking the risk to insist that it is real. The Dali Lama and all the brilliant masters from the other side of the world do not hesite to believe in it, at every moment. My life is full of constant miracles and I know you have it in you to awake spiritually to the fullest now. Warm regards my friend.

Many thanks jorge for those very interesting and well researched thoughts. I have a very Sincere Belief and Faith within. You are right we all must embrace LOVE. Concentrating on the Negative is fruitless. You are one of the most Positive people I know jorge, and you seem to be doing well on your 'path'. I wish you the best always, and of course good health and happiness to those you hold dearest. Many thanks for sharing your thoughts with me, I always appreciate hearing what you have to say, Bless you jorge.

I love the anonymous Egyptian feel of this image, The grandeur of untold riches the essence of mystery and the secrets of the tomb, so beautifully bejeweled, rendered and presented.

As for the "perfect world" your analogy I believe to be correct. We each have a different version of it. Mine is usually by the side of lake with a camera in my hand, or a mountain, river or any secluded peaceful corner of the earth. My places of sanity in a crazy world.  I suspect your own safe havens are within the realms of your creativity and we the viewers, are all the richer for the results that you yield.

Sincere Best Wishes to you and your loved ones and may 2013 bring you all peace and prosperity.

An extraordinary abstract - - I get a sense of motion from it, as if the subject is some sort of time machine or portal.  The colors are simply dazzling.

Many Happy New Years to you and yours,

michael

Beautiful composition Gail! You are so creative! Delightful blend of shapes and tones, yet it has an "alien" feel about it. I especially like the spot of light in the center of the "face". It really brings the image to life for me. Happy New Year!

This seems to me have a swirling motion to it....a movement. I suppose we all are moving in some direction all the time. Sometimes even we seem to be going in different directions at the same time!
