I try to imagine how you did this but I really don't know,usually I saw this kind of images in water but this is the opposite and deserve all compliments.

she is an alien, she can do stuff, I just took the picture. But seriously I tried it with many models and it never work so well. Her hair is dense and perfectly uniform.
