by the light of the window... some people didn't appreciate the

darker exposures, so here is one shot a little slower and here is the

result.

Nice composition and use of space.  Beautiful eyes and hair.  She has stage presence and a lot of theatrical appeal.  The skin color and punchy blues gives the image a modern, trendy look.  The brightness of her arm really competes with her face for attention.  Long sleeves would be the easiest solution so that all the attention goes to her face.  My version of your image is really "old school" but it is my preference----just one amongst thousands of other preferences and possibilities.  Thanks for posting this and good luck in your future image making.

This is lovely portrait and doesn't need any adjustments [as always - it's a matter of taste] in my opinion. Love the use of negative space in composition.
