kazimir 5 Posted December 26, 2012 Counterculture is the important part of the culture. After all, it shows that at least there is a some culture establishment to be against.BUT if you think that I approve vandalism - you're very wrong. This picture is in folder "archihecture" due for church's doors, othervise it will be in "street" section. And after all, I take the pictures of Barcelona and this grafitti is ALSO Barcelona, like it or not. Or should I picture only the postcards? And what about the garbage cans? Link to comment
limajunior 8 Posted December 26, 2012 Dear Tasic. I agree with you. We are in an age that we've already seen everything happen: Beatles, miniskirts, Che Guevara, man on the Moon, the Viet Nam war, Andy Warhool, implosion of the Soviet Union, the reunification of Germany, attack on the World Trade Center, cell phone, Internet and other icons and facts of the counterculture. If we are alive, we will see much more! I hate vandalism. I was never a vandal. Your photo is excellent in theme and technique. It shows a variety of textures and colors, include the garbage cans. But what attracts the observer is the act of vandalism that you denounce. You was very bright to denounce, through this work, the neglect with which the vandals of Barcelona dealing with historic monuments. This church already existed when the Brazilians still walked naked through the lands of Brazil, expecting the European conquerors. Best regards. Roldao. Link to comment
