Spot meter. The image was sharpened, contrast and levels adjusted in PS. The original slide had a pink cast due to Velvia and probably the subsequent processing after being on the shelf for a while, but I am not sure. I have edited this image to be as close to what I saw as I can remember. I will not mark this as unmanipulated as this is not the way the slide looks, but it still is the closest I have gotten to the way it was. Your comments and ratings are welcome. Thanks in advance.

Very nice photo. I love the off-center placement of the land mass and tree. I wish you could see the trees (or whatever they are) in the right background a little better )(darker) to balance the picture more but that's nit-picking.

one suggestion i have is.. use provia 100 for such occasions.

a lot for your comments and ratings. Monis - I have always wanted to try Provia, but then have fallen back to Velvia. I have tried the Agfachrome 100 recently and was pleased with that as well. Thanks again.

Somehow Provia always has been a bit too pale for me whenever I tried provia in such subdued lighting conditions.

I think it's interesting the way you've overlapped the foreground tree and the background one though maybe just a bit busy. Well seen.
