Hexagonal salt flatbeds are seen after the salty pans dry up and the crystal

expand to form crust formations. A feature beneath the face of the Black

Mountains that contains the lowest elevation in North America at 86 meters

(282 ft) below sea level located in Death Valley, California. Thank you for

A lovely capture of the lowest point in the Northern hemisphere! I like the endless detail and sunlight showing just over the mountain range. Well done.
