ray.koushik 0 Posted December 13, 2012 very nice composition using the shadow lines. however, not much of detail show on the parrot --- zoomed a lot, i suppose. compliments -koushik Link to comment
mike_palermiti 2 Posted December 13, 2012 Hi Ranga,A pleasant scene to view. The 1200mm effective zoom relates to the field of view that a 1200mm optical zoom would exhibit on a full frame 35mm sensor. The finer details details that might be present will not be shown due to the much smaller "true" focal length of the Canon SX 50 camera lens ( 215 mm focal length). It is the true focal length of a lens that determines the size (magnification) and details revealed at the optimal f-stop used.Nice presentation, though.Best Regards, Mike Link to comment

andrea-de-bonis 6 Posted December 16, 2012 really an excellent composition, gives a strong sense of depth. and the shadows add a lot. about the details you miss on the parrot, i think there are all. if you like, you can easily make them come out. bravo Link to comment

gap 0 Posted December 20, 2012 Certainly a lot more colourful than the birds we get around our house. It's a nice sharp image and the colours are beautiful. Although the shadow detail adds interest I feel the bird tends to be a little lost in the overall frame - perhaps you could crop closer? I think you could be pretty brutal with the superfluous background and still tell the story. A nice capture though. Link to comment

pnital 36 Posted June 7, 2013 This is a very unusual palette composition, the green/red point bird is very nicely the center of frame, with the"fluidy" BG..Thanks as well for your nice wishes,Ranga. Link to comment
